Respected Sir/Ma’am

Unfortunately, I have developed symptoms of Covid 19 flu & thus have undergone a mandatory test.

Doctors have advised me to go into self-isolation till my reports are out.

Since my health condition doesn’t permit me to work, I request you to grant me a leave for 14 days.

I hope my reports turn out to be negative, however, incase the reports show otherwise I might have to extend my leave duration.

To ensure the work does not suffer, I have requested {Mr. Sanjay} to handle my work till the time I resume office.

I shall also be available on call or mails in case of anything important comes up.

I hope you would understand my health situation right now & grant me leave for 14 days.
